ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST BE EVALUATED AND RATED BY THEIR LEAGUE OPERATOR BEFORE entering WBCA tournaments so they can be placed in their proper division. Upon submission, this form will go directly to the Competition Committee. WBCA reserves the right to deny any player entry into any WBCA sanctioned event.
